Lawrence LennemannLarry is the broker of record and a Director and a shareholder of FogCiti Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco in 1977 and received a California Teaching Credential in 1978 from Fresno Pacific University. In 1981, Larry became a Licensed California Real Estate Agent and thereafter worked for a commercial and industrial real estate firm in the Central Valley where he obtained extensive experience in all aspects of sales, leasing and investment. From 1984-1987, he attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1987. In 1988, Larry became a Licensed California Real Estate Broker.For the past twenty years, Larry has been both a practicing attorney and an active broker in the real estate business. In 1999, he founded the Law Office of Lawrence J. Lennemann, APC. His Firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants with an emphasis in business, employment, real estate and contract litigation matters. Larry has extensive litigation experience in both federal and state court and has been lead counsel in over 30 trials. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was a finalist for the 2006 State of California Consumer Attorney of the Year Award. Larry is admitted to all courts in the State of California and is a member of the California State Bar as well as other professional organizations. |
