Robert Simms

Robert Simms is the third co-founder of FogCiti Real Estate, and serves as the Secretary on its Board.  Robert is also the Director of Property Management for CitiScape Property Management Group, and is a Certified Property Manager.  Robert has served the community association industry since 1985 in the Bay Area.  

Robert's outstanding experience and efforts after joining CitiScape in 1999 were soon recognized, and Robert was offered and accepted partnership in the company in the Summer of 2000.  As a partner in CitiScape and FogCiti, Robert not only brings his well-rounded association management experience to bear on the company's management operations, but sets a standard for company operations that will match his commitment to community association management and real estate development.

In 1996 Robert had the unique distinction of being appointed by State Senator Barbara Lee (Oakland) to the Davis-Stirling Stirring Committee where he assisted in helping to craft changes to the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, which governs Common Interest Developments.
