Edward DaleEdward Dale is Vice President and co-founder of FogCiti Real Estate. Ed holds two undergraduate degrees and a Master’s Degree in Business, and currently holds the distinctive title of Certified Community Association Manager. Ed is also a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), a statewide organization that supports the professional and ethical management of community interest developments.Along with Kevin Wiley, Ed co-founded CitiScape Property Management Group in 1999, and serves as its Vice President. Ed has an extensive background in all phases of property management and real estate development, with emphasis on residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. As Executive Director of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Ed developed community-based housing alternatives for the physically disabled. Ed was appointed Vice President of one of the largest commercial development companies in the United States, and operated large-scale regional shopping centers. |
